We want to know about your good and not so good experiences and anyway you might suggest we can improves on our Products, Machines, Locations, or Online service. If you have had a problem with any machine you should first contact Customer Service of that particular shopping centre. Please tell them the problem and the product involved. This will be logged so that we can better correct the problem where possible in the future. In most cases Centre Managment will be able to offer you a refund or replace the product.
